Can I pick up the equipment the day before?
Yes, you can! Come between 18:30 and 20:30 for fittings before the first day of your rental period.
Can I visit you without a reservation?
Of course! However, we recommend you to make an online reservation for the equipment for faster service in our wardrobe.
Can I store the rental equipment at my hotel?
Yes, you can do it. It may be more convenient for you because many hotels offer transportation to the Gondola lift, which will save you time in the morning.
Can I have a day off during my rental equipment period?
Yes, you just need to notify our team in advance and leave the equipment with us on your day off so you won't be charged for it.
When do I have to return the rented equipment?
Daily rental is considered 08:00-19:00. You must return your gear no later than 19:00 on your last day of the rental period or when you store it in our wardrobe.
If you return it after 19:00, there may be additional charges.
Where is the ski wardrobe located?
Our ski and snowboard wardrobe is only a 3-minute walk from the Gondola lift. The adress is Bansko, 92a Pirin St., 2nd floor. Link to the Google location.
Which payments do you accept?
You can pay in cash in BGN or by card.
Can I change ski to snowboard equipment or vice versa?
Yes, we'll be happy to help you try something different! You only have to pay the difference in the rental price, if any.
What happens if I lose or damage the equipment?
We cover minor equipment damages. However, if it is seriously damaged or lost, you will have to cover the costs.
Can I bring another equipment to replace the one I lost?
No, we do not accept other equipment. You must pay for the lost one.
